The difference between clear or tight knot cedar is purely asthetic. Both grades of cedar have the same mildew repelling properties. All of our benches are made of clear cedar.

What else will I need to install my sauna?

Framing material (2x4 spruce or steel for walls and ceiling, 2x6 for benches, 1x3 horizontal strapping for walls for vertical cedar lining)
R-12 Roxul insulation (about 2 bags)
Drywall or other finish for exposed exterior walls
Miscellaneous hardware (nails/screws)
Electrical supplies (wires, breaker, light switch)
