In case of emergency repairs, where the tub is at risk of freezing, please text our emergency line at 613-703-8750, we check these texts daily during the winter, even when the store is closed.

Ongoing Maintenance Contract
We offer ongoing maintenance contracts that can include visits every month for cleanings, water balancing and pump seal checks, taking the worry of maintaining the tub off of you entirely, or we can just come by every three or four months to do the regular water changes that are required for all tubs.
For new owners of existing tubs or when a tub is exceptionally dirty, we can also do a full purge using chemical cleaners to clear the inside of the pipes as well as a normal water change.

We bought out hot tub way back in 1999 from Chinook. We recently decided to move our hot tub to our cottage. But first the hot tub needed some TLC due to several leaks from a few too many freezings !! I wanted to do the repairs myself so Rob and Laura at Chinook spent a *great* deal of time with me, talking me through all the repairs it needed.. I was able to get the tub to the cottage, found an electrician to wire up the tub only to find out that the GFI kept tripping. The electrician tried everything to get it going. I then pulled the main circuit board out and the GFI tripped again, which meant the main board was fried. So I took the board to Chinook so they could order me a new board. Late one evening Rob was doing his orders and he called me at home. We quickly came to the conclusion that the board should be tested one more time by Rob. 10 min later Rob called me back to say that the board was good !! New boards are about $600 so that was great news. He then concluded that the GFI at my cottage was not wired correctly and suggested I try a small change, which I did and that fixed the GFI tripping problem.
